We strongly encourage you to reserve your room as early as possible. Accommodations will be sold on a first come, first served basis and the discounted rates will be available until June 7, 2019 or until the blocks sell out. Reservations attempted after June 7 will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.
Beware of fraudulent hotel agencies
Please be aware that fraudulent hotel agencies are currently soliciting ECEE 2019 delegates and participants. Glasgow Convention Bureau is the only official ECEE 2019 housing provider. They do not make sales calls.
Hotel reservations made through an agency, not through the official ECS website at https://www.electrochem.org/ecee2019, will be at your own risk. If you are unsure, please contact Glasgow Convention Bureau at accommodation@glasgowconventionbureau.com.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is the same for all hotels if booking between one through nine rooms:
1–2 rooms – 48 hours prior to arrival
3–5 rooms – 2 weeks prior to arrival
6–9 rooms – 3 weeks prior to arrival
Groups of 10 or more rooms are required to contract directly with the hotel.
