ECS Journal of Solid State Science and Technology
Focus Issue on Solid State Reviews
The ECS Journal of Solid State Science and Technology is publishing a collection of reviews, critical reviews (CRES3T), and perspective articles in the field of solid state science and technology.
The journal is accepting submissions across all technical areas. This includes:
- Carbon Nanostructures and Devices
- Dielectric Science and Materials
- Electronic Materials and Processing
- Electronic and Photonic Devices and Systems
- Luminescence and Display Materials, Devices, and Processing
- Sensors (Solid State)
Accepting Submissions: October 1, 2020 | Submission Deadline: December 30, 2020
(At the time of submission, indicate that the paper is intended for the Solid-State Reviews focus issue.)

All papers published in this focus issue are OPEN ACCESS at NO COST to the authors. Articles are published in a standard issue of the journal as they are accepted. The focus issue is curated online with the final article published by June 2021.
