Apply today to serve as a Student Ambassador at the 244th ECS Meeting in Gothenburg, Sweden, from October 8-12, 2023. Students who volunteer as ambassadors work closely with ECS staff and meet many fellow ECS members and meeting attendees.

NOTE
- Ambassador shifts are 4 hours and 15 minutes long and require attendance at one 30-minute student orientation session. The student orientation sessions are scheduled in person on:
- Saturday, October 8: 1800-1830h ET
- Sunday, October 9: 1700-1730h ET
- We do our best to accommodate the hours you list as being available.
- Each volunteer position requires interaction with attendees, long periods of standing, and foot traffic flow management.
