Symposium focus: This symposium covers all aspects of the latest advancements in research, development, and demonstration in the field of chemical/physical sensors and systems. Researchers from universities, industries, and national laboratories working in the field of sensors are invited to participate. Research progress on all sensing mechanisms (e.g., electrochemical, resistive/semiconductive, acoustic, optical, gravimetric, and thermal) that address novel materials, synthesis, device configuration, evaluation techniques, and system design for these applications are highly encouraged.
