MAJOR FUNCTION

Responsible for managing programs and services designed to support the organization’s regional or local sections/chapters. Serves as liaison to increase engagement with sections/chapters, resolve chapter/affiliate inquiries; reviews and recommends policies and processes to maintain and improve service levels between the organization and its sections/chapters. The role is also responsible for promoting and increasing engagement in outreach and professional development services like the ECS Career Center and ECS educational offerings. (more…)

ECS Seeks JES Editor-in-Chief

The Electrochemical Society (ECS) is seeking candidates to serve as the Editor-in-Chief (EIC) of the Journal of The Electrochemical Society (JES), (the Journal). 

JES is a multidisciplinary journal that provides an international platform for the publication of high-quality impactful articles, and promotes scholarly communication and interaction among scientists, engineers, and technologists in the fields of electrochemistry and intersecting topics.
