For over thirty years, The Electrochemical Society Interface magazine has been the voice of ECS members. The Society’s for-members by-members publication has shared announcements of great achievements, awards, and milestones; technical information; and hot topics from the community—including announcements of losses and memorials. For years, ECS members enjoyed having Interface reach their mailboxes and rest on their coffee tables. However, the organization has grown and its membership spans the globe. The importance of minimizing one’s carbon footprint has risen in criticality. Therefore, as the organization seeks to expand its reach digitally, Interface will no longer be printed, packed, and shipped to members. It will be available exclusively on the ECS Digital Library. Interface 1992 and 1993 Digitized: All Issues of Interface are now Online!
Posted on August 17, 2021 by Frances ChavesThe publishing staff of The Electrochemical Society Interface is pleased to announce that with the addition to the ECS Digital Library of the four 1993 ECS Interface issues, plus the first Interface issue (winter 1992), more than 29 years of the ECS community’s history can be seen through the lens of Interface. The digitization of Interface was an 18-month project, focused on ensuring that Interface could be accessible to community members all over the world via a digital medium. (more…)
