SOFC Onsite Registration fees include:
- Entrance to the SOFC-XIX Opening Reception
- One ticket for the SOFC-XIX banquet
- All onsite technical programming, the exhibit hall, and poster sessions
- Daily coffee services
- Access to the Online Program (with full abstracts for all in-person presentations and on-demand digital files for certain presentations)
NOTE: All SOFC-XIX participants, including authors and invited speakers, are required to pay meeting registration fees. Payment must be made in US dollars.
Written requests for refunds must be received by July 13, 2025, to be honored. All refunds are subject to a 10 percent processing fee. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to customerservice@electrochem.org. Refunds are processed after the meeting.
Meeting attendees must conduct themselves in a manner that inspires public confidence and trust at all times. Attendees who disregard the SOFC Code of Conduct may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including forfeiting their meeting registration, loss of Society membership, and/or being relieved of volunteer positions held within the Society.
